Summer day camp for young chefs aged 10 to 15
Even kids can learn the joy of cooking!
The ITHQ Culinary Camp is a week-long summer day camp for children aged 10 to 15 years. Run by chefs in the kitchens of Canada’s leading hotel school, the camp’s workshops (which are in French only) will let your child learn over twenty recipes and discover a ton of techniques they’ll use throughout their lives!

A coordinator is responsible for overseeing the camp’s daily activities and is always here to answer your questions.
The Culinary Camp experience
Every day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., your child will make a few recipes and master different cooking techniques. For example, during the Italian day, the campers will make linguine in the morning for their lunch. Then they’ll make different sauces and egg pasta to prepare a lasagna for the whole family!
